• Journey details such as pickup and drop locations, travel date, time, passenger count and vehicle preference.
• Booking references, fare details, payment status and transaction references needed to manage a booking.
• Messages, enquiries, feedback and information you choose to provide to customer support.

Please do not send card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs to Samay Cab.

We may use relevant information to respond to enquiries, create and manage bookings, coordinate a driver or vehicle, communicate trip updates, verify payments, process eligible refunds, handle complaints, maintain records and improve our services.

4. Sharing of Information

Where needed to provide the requested service, relevant booking details may be shared with the assigned driver, vehicle operator or service partner. Payment processing may involve banks, UPI apps or other payment providers. Samay Cab may need transaction references or verified bank/UPI details to confirm a payment or process a refund. Customers should enter refund details carefully and never disclose authentication credentials.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to our operations to protect customer information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for booking administration, customer support, legal compliance, dispute resolution and legitimate business recordkeeping.

The website or its hosting and service tools may use essential technical data or cookies to operate, maintain security and understand service performance. If additional analytics or advertising tools are used, this policy should be updated to describe them accurately.
